Sensation was a theatrical dining experience that explored the science behind the flavours, textures, shapes and smells of our food. Working with scientists, food and drink producers, artists and thinkers, Jelly&Gin created a multi-sensory meal like no other. Collaborators included Oxford University’s Prof Charles Spence, beer writer Pete Brown, Andrew Barnett of Barney's Beer, top mixologists Zoe Burgess and Max Venning from London’s 69 Colebrooke Row and Drink Factory, botanical artists Pyrus and scent technicians Les Deux Garcons.
